主要通过对水泥乳化沥青快速修复混合料与热拌沥青混合料的经济社会效益进行分析比较,得出乳化沥青破乳后的水分可供水泥凝结硬化,较好解决了沥青"憎水"和水泥水化需要水分的矛盾,同时还具有降低能耗、减少污染、便于施工、节约资源等优点,论证其具有明显的经济效益和社会效益,在公路养护维修中具有广阔的应用前景。

The article analyzes and compares the economic and social benefits of the rapid repair mixture of cement emulsified asphalt and the hot mixed asphalt mixture. The result shows that the moisture after the demulsification of emulsified asphalt can solidify and harden the cement, and can better solve the contradiction between the asphalt "hydrophobic" and the cement hydration needing moisture. And at the same time, it has the advantages of reducing the energy consumption, decreasing the pollution, convenient for construction and saving the resources. The article demonstrates its obvious economic and social benefits. It has the wide application prospect in the curing and maintenance of highway.
