摘要
船闸导航墙、闸室墙等竖向高度较高的连续混凝土结构侧面极易出现贯穿性竖向规则裂缝。借助ANSYS软件,从优化设计、施工的角度,建立某船闸导航墙三维有限元模型,进行多工况下的温度场计算与分析。研究表明,采用布设冷却水管并结合合理的分层措施,可以有效控制混凝土结构温度裂缝的出现,并大大缩短工期。所得结果可为今后的设计与施工提供参考。
The penetrating regular vertical cracks are very easy to occur in the higher vertical height of continuous concrete structural side, such as guide walls of navigation lock and lift walls. With the help of the ANSYS software, the three-dimensional finite element model of the guide wall of a navigation lock is established from the point of view to optimize the design and construction to calculate and analyze the temperature field in the multiple construction conditions. The research shows that the layout of cooling water pipes combined with the reasonable layering measures can effectively control the occurrence of temperaturecracks and greatly shorten the construction period. All results can provide the reference for the design and construction in future.
