Key Construction Technology of Multi-strand Finished Cable Anchorage System

多股成品索式锚碇锚固系统是一种采用多股成品索为预应力索,运用于悬索桥锚碇工程的新型锚固系统。该新型锚固系统设计采用多股成品索替代现有常用的光面钢绞线+灌浆系统或灌油系统,针对该锚固系统的特点和当前锚固系统存在的施工问题,研究了其关键施工技术。经实际工程应用表明所研究的关键施工技术先进合理,施工方便快捷,施工质量可靠,很好地满足了工程设计要求。

The multi-strand finished cable anchorage system is a new type of anchorage system using the multi-strand finished cable as the pre-stressed cable and used for the anchorage engineering of suspension bridge. This new type of anchorage system is designed to replace the existing smooth steel strand + grouting system or oil filling system by the multi-strand finished cable. Aiming at the characteristics of this anchorage system and the existing construction problems of anchoring system, the key construction technologies are studied. The practical engineering application shows that the key construction technology is advanced and reasonable, the construction is convenient and fast, and the construction quality is reliable, which better meets the engineering design requirements.
