摘要 连续钢箱梁桥由于多种优点而在高架桥梁建设中被广泛应用,所以大跨度连续钢箱梁的施工控制也越来越重要。基于大跨度连续钢箱梁节段施工常采用立柱式支架作为临时支撑的现状进行分析讨论,通过有限元软件对结构的内力求解,对临时支撑进行了设计与验算,指出安装施工过程中的线形控制、临时连接、位移微调、地基处理、焊接工艺等控制技术,为同类工程施工提供参考。 The continuous steel box girder bridge is widely used in the viaduct construction because of its many advantages. Therefore, the construction control oflong-span continuous steel boxgirder is more and more important.The article analyzes and discusses the present situation of the column bracket as the temporary support commonly used in the segment construction of long-span continuous steel box girder. The inner force of the structure is solved by the finite element software. The temporary support is designed and checked. The article puts forward the control technologies of linear control, temporary connection, displacement fine adjustment, foundation treatment and weldingprocess, which can be referenced for the construction ofthe similar projects.
