以市政桥梁预制构件的结构特性和生产工艺为出发点,结合工程实践,系统的从预制构件厂的选址、规划布局等方面进行分析研究;针对构件厂的规划布局,主要从各类预制构件生产线的规划设计原则、关键设备选型、规划设计思路及要点进行较为深入的介绍。

Starting from the structure characteristics and production technologies of prefabricated municipal bridge component, and combined with the engineering practices, the article systematically analyzes and studies the site selection and planning layout of the prefabrication factory. Aiming at the planning layout of the prefabrication factory, the article further introduces the planning design principles, key equipment selection, planning design ideas and essentials of various production lines of prefabricated components.
