市政管道传统直埋方式的客观分析与反思

若将一座城市比喻成人体,市政管线犹如复杂的血管神经系统,其作为城市的重要基础设施,有着不言而喻的关键作用。然而市政直埋管线的频繁开挖、事故不断等现象已成为影响一座城市发展的顽疾,进而导致了人们对市政管道采用直埋形式的否认。首先分析了直埋管弊端的成因,对客观历史原因、规划的忽视及不严谨、施工质量监管弱、产品质量、后期维护管理等方面进行了分析讨论,打破误区,从而对问题的发生有另一层面的客观认识。意在通过问题的暴露,反思解决方向,为其他同类工程提供参考和借鉴。

If comparing a city to a human body, the municipal pipelines are comparable to the complex vascular nerves system. As the important infrastructure of a city, the municipal pipeline has the key self-evident function. However, the frequent excavation of municipal direct burial pipeline and the continuous accidents have become the chronic diseases to influence the development of a city, and then lead to the denial that the municipal pipelines are buried directly. The article analyzes the abuse cause of directly buried pipeline, and analyzes and discusses the objective historical reasons, neglect and lax planning, weak construction quality supervision, product quality and post-maintenance management, and breaks the misunderstanding so as to objectively know the another level of problems. Its aim is to expose the problems and reflect the solving direction to provide the reference for the other similar projects.
