摘要
为提高褐煤的成浆浓度,采用分级研磨工艺进行半焦与褐煤的配煤制浆试验。通过单独制浆、添加剂的选择、配煤实验的结果表明,内蒙古锡林郭勒半焦和褐煤在分级研磨、粗细粉质量比为80∶20的制浆条件下,褐煤样品最高成浆浓度为46.22%,半焦样品最高成浆浓度为57.32%。通过褐煤与半焦以2∶8混配后,辅以萘系添加剂,配煤制浆的最高成浆浓度为55.30%,有效地改善了褐煤的成浆性能,流动性和稳定性均明显变好。
In order to increase the slurry concentration of lignite,the coal blending and CWS making with semi-coke and lignite were done using agraded grinding process.Through separate slurry making,selection of additives and coal blending experiment,the experimental results showed that,for grade grinding of Inner Mongolia Xilinguole semi-coke and lignite,under the condition of coarse-fine powder mass ratio of 80∶20,the maximum concentration of lignite samples was 46.22% and the maximum concentration of semi-coke samples was 57.32%,with the mixture ratio 2∶8 of lignite and semi-coking coal,and CWS was prepared using naphthalene additives,the highest slurry concentration of coal blending was 55.30%,the slurry ability of lignite was improved effectively,the fluidity and stability became better obviously.
