焦渣特征检测数据的处理与商品煤种类判定

The processing on the detection data of cinder characteristics and type determination of commodity coal

对秦皇岛口岸27个常见牌号商品煤的焦渣特征进行检测,并结合工业分析、发热量数据总结归纳商品煤的种类属性,为日常检验业务和客户积累提供更加详细的商品煤技术信息。探讨了分单元焦渣特征检验结果加权平均计算整批商品煤结果的可能性,计算结果与混合样品测定结果吻合。在多个牌号或单元商品煤混配为一批配合煤时,可提高检验效率及缩短检验周期。

The characteristics of char residue of twenty-seven common brands in Qinhuangdao port were examined in this paper,based on the data of proximate analysis and calorific value of coal,the types and properties of commodity coal were summarized,and more detailed technical information of commodity coal for daily inspection and accumulation of customers was provided.The probability of calculating the coal results of the whole batch of commodity by weighted average of unit coke characteristics test results was discussed,the calculation results and mixed sample determination results were matching.The inspection efficiency could be improved,the cycle period of detection would be shortened,when a batch of commodity coal was mixed from a number of brands or units.
