煤炭类一级标准物质特性与应用浅析

Analysis on the properties and applications of the primary grade certified reference material of coal

结合目前煤炭类一级标准物质的种类和应用现状,介绍了煤物理特性和化学成分分析、煤灰熔融性、煤灰成分分析、煤中砷和磷成分分析、煤中氯成分分析、煤中氟成分分析、煤的哈氏可磨性指数、烟煤黏结指数分析、烟煤胶质层指数(Y值)分析该九大类标准物质特性量值的测量方法,在标物的有效期限、储存及包装、参考不确定度等方面提出了使用过程中需注意的问题。

According to the type and application status of the primary grade certified reference material of coal,measurements of the characteristic value about the nine categories of certified reference materials which are most widely used were introduced,including analysis of physical and chemical composition of coal,fusibility of coal ash,analysis of coal ash composition,analysis of the composition of arsenic and phosphorus in coal,analysis of chlorine in coal,analysis of the composition of fluorine in coal,Harris grindability index of coal,analysis on the bond index of bituminous coal Glia index of bituminous coal（Y value）.Some concerns with the term of validity of the standard material,storage and packaging,reference uncertainty in the process of using were presented.
