摘要
简述燃料智能采制化系统发展的背景及系统建设的重要性,从全自动制样系统、在线全水分析测量仪、自动存查样管理系统、原煤样及成品样传输系统、自动弃样装置、化验室工作站、门禁和监控系统、软件控制系统等方面介绍了燃料智能采制化系统的主要组成。经方案探讨与实施思路论证可知,采取制存样间现场布置、将燃料智能化管控中心与输煤控制室功能合并、工业监视和门禁与输煤系统相关设备整合等配置和设计优化措施后,可使智能采制化系统更顺畅、合理,其运行和投资成本降低,具有可推广的应用价值。
The background of intelligent coal sampling and sample preparation system plan development and the importance of system construction were introduced in this paper,from aspects such as automatic sample preparation system,online total moisture analysis and measurement instrument,automatic inventory sample management system,raw coal sample and finished sample transfer system,automatic sample discarding device,laboratory workstation,access control and monitoring system and software control system,the main components of fuel intelligent coal sampling and sample preparation system were introduced.Through the plan discussion and implementation ideas proof we can see that,after measurements like sample room decoration,functional merge of fuel intelligence control center and coal transfer control room,integration of industrial surveillance and access control and the coal transfer system equipment,and some optimization measurements,the fuel intelligent coal sampling and sample preparation system could be more smooth and reasonable,the cost could be reduced,so it has the promoting value.
