摘要 以20t/h煤粉工业锅炉配套的灰钙循环烟气脱硫装置为研究对象,对烟气脱硫反应发生的相关条件进行探索以确保煤粉工业锅炉硫排放达到国标要求。研制了粉煤灰中活性钙含量的测定方法并对粉煤灰进行表征分析,通过4种工况下脱硫效率与出口烟温、近绝热饱和温度差的关系探讨,发现采取相对低温等温燃烧等控制燃烧方式可活化粉煤灰。针对20t/h工业装置进行工程实验,确定气速需控制在设计气速范围内才能防止塌床;当要求达到90%的脱硫效率时,近绝热饱和温度差应小于16℃,所需增湿水量为680kg/h。 The ash calcium circulating flue gas desulfurization unit of 20 t/h pulverized coal industrial boiler was studied in this paper.The related conditions of the flue gas desulfurization reaction were studied in order to ensure the sulfur emission of the pulverized coal industrial boiler to reach the national standard.In this paper,a method for determining the content of activated calcium in fly ash was made according to the industry standard,and the characteristics of fly ash were characterized and analyzed.Through the relationship discussion between desulfurization efficiency and outlet flue gas temperature,near adiabatic saturation temperature difference under 4 conditions,it is found that the control combustion mode of mild isothermal combustion could activate the fly ash.According to the engineering experiment of 20 t/h industrial device,it is determined that the gas velocity should be controlled in the range of design gas speed to prevent the collapse of the bed.At the same time,it is found that when the desulfurization efficiency is 90%,the near adiabatic saturation temperature difference is less than 16 ℃,and the required moisture content is 680 kg/h.
