摘要
探索了聚酚抗氧化剂改性的新方法.以丙烯酸、三氯氧磷、三乙胺等为反应原料,通过酯化法合成CPL酯化物,进行对比实验,采用单因素实验法,确定了合成的最佳工艺条件为m(聚酚化合物)m(丙烯酸)m(三氯氧磷)m(三乙胺)=18 2 4 3,最佳反应温度为79℃,保温反应时间2.5 h,在此工艺条件下,酯化率可达88.0%~90.0%.
A new method of modification of polyphenol antioxidant was explored.CPL esterification was synthesized by esterification with acrylic acid,phosphorus oxychloride and triethylamine.
