摘要
本文通过修饰Fe3O4及修饰Fe Si O3外壳对硅藻土进行改性.采用了XRD衍射、红外光谱分析对改性硅藻土进行了表征.制得的吸附剂(Fe3O4@D@Fe Si O3)被成功应用于水中刚果红的吸附.具体研究了吸附时间、温度、p H值、浓度等因素对刚果红染料吸附性能的影响.实验结果表明,制得的功能化的磁性硅藻土复合材料制备简单,价格低廉易于磁性分离,对染料的脱色效率较高.
functional magnetic diatomite material was prepared by modification the Fe3 O4 and Fe Si O3 on the surface.It was characterized by XRD and infrared spectroscopy. Then the magnetic adsorbent( Fe3 O4@ D @Fe Si O3) was used to adsorb Congo red from aqueous solutions. The ability of magnetic diatomite has been carried out as function of contact time,temperature,p H and concentration. The results indicated that the functional magneti c diatomite was simple in synthesis,low in cost. The functional magnetic diatomite is characterized of simple preparation,low-cost raw materiel,convenient magnetic separation,and exhibited excellent uptake capacity for Congo red
