摘要
为高效开发利用哈萨克斯坦某赤铁矿,在矿石性质研究的基础上进行了磨矿强磁湿选、强磁精矿反浮选试验研究。试验结果表明:在原矿磨矿细度为-0.076 mm 80%时,强磁选可获得产率为54.48%,全铁品位为47.36%,全铁回收率为74.03%的强磁湿选精矿;强磁湿选精矿反浮选,最终可获得产率为31.47%,全铁含量为63.22%,全铁回收率为57.09%的满意铁精矿,达到了高效利用该赤铁矿的目的。
In order to high efficient develop and utilize a hematite ore in Kazakhstan, grinding- strong magnetic wet separation-strong magnetic concentrate reverse flotation test was conducted. The resuits showed that under the grinding fineness of -0. 076 mm 80%, strong magnetic wet concentrate with yield of 54.48% ,TFe grade of 47.36% ,TFe recovery rate of 74.03% via strong magnetic separation and satisfactory iron concentrate with yield of 31.47% ,TFe grade of 63.22% ,TFe recovel-y rate of 57.09% via strong magnetic concentrate reverse flotation were obtained. The goal of high efficient utilizing the hematite ore was achieved.
