摘要
为有效满足现代化矿井建设对混凝土的需求,对井下小型混凝土搅拌站的电气控制系统进行了设计。该系统主要有信号采集、数据处理、报警与故障处理、实时在线监控等功能;系统硬件模块由PLC、工控机、传感器、矿用继电器与控制阀、搅拌主机、料斗仓、执行机构、通信模块以及其余必需的电气设备构成;系统采用GZDl20称重传感器,应用西门子S7-200系列中的CPU224作为主控制器,同时添加EM223数字量扩展模块构成系统主要数据处理设备;系统采用工业计算机与PLC相结合的电气控制方案,通过对主电路和控制回路的设计,可确保整个混凝土搅拌站安全运行。
In order to meet the requirements of modem mine construction to concrete,the electrical controlling system of underground small concrete mixing station is designed. The function of the system in- eludes singal acquistion, data processing, alarm and fault processing, real-time online monitoring, etc. ;the system hardware module consists of programmable controller, industrial computer, sensors, mine relay anc ontrol valve, agitator, hopper, actuator, communication module and other necessary electrial equipment ; GZD120 weighing sensor is used in tht system, CPU224 of Siemens S7-200 series is taken as the main con- troller, the main data processing equipment is composed of EM223 digital volume extension module ; the e- lectrical controlling scheme based on industrial computer and PLC is adopted in the system;the concrete mixing station can be operated smoothly and safety based on the design of main circuit and controlling cir- cuit of the system.
