摘要
以陈塘热电有限公司冷却塔爆破拆除为工程背景,探讨了高卸荷槽技术在爆破拆除冷却塔时的作用。通过精细化施工和科学管理,对冷却塔结构中26对人字支柱实施了钻孔爆破,同时在冷却塔周围开挖减振沟,最终达到了有效控制爆破振动速度的目的。通过将理论振动速度和实测振动速度进行对比,得出理论振动速度为实测振动速度的4.3倍,可见在爆破拆除冷却塔时,采用高卸荷槽技术能够有效降低触地振动速度。
Taking the blasting demolition of the cooling tower of Chentang Thermal Power Co. , Ltd. as engineering background, the effects of high unloading tank technique in blasitng demolition of cooling tower is discussed. Through meticulous construction and scientific management, the drilling blas- ting implementation of the 26 herringbone pillars of the cooling tower structm- is done, at the same time, the vibration damping ditches are excavated around the the cooling tower. Through comparasion of theoret- ical vibration speed and acutal measured vibration speed, it is show that the former is 4.3 times higher than the later, which further indicated that during the process of blasting demolition of cooling tower, the touchdown vibration speed can be decreased significantly by adopting high unloading tank technique.
