在人口老龄化形势严峻和其他养老模式不足的背景下,居家养老成为减轻养老压力,满足多元化养老需求的理性选择。居家养老服务市场化则是促进该模式持续发力的重要举措。通过在养老领域引入市场机制,N市J区在取得一定成效的同时,也面临着政府责任缺失、社会组织不成熟、考核评估不合理和项目存在局限性等问题。为优化这一养老服务供给机制,需要政府(民政局)、社会组织、第三方评估机构的共同努力。
