摘要
"一带一路"建设要求培养一批拥有国际视野、通晓国际规则、能够参与国际事务与国际竞争的国际化人才。面对如此要求,我国大学英语教学应如何应对是一个值得探讨的问题。文章以某本科院校为个案,基于《职场技能》的研究报告,以跨文化能力与跨文化技能、全球化和本土化等为理论基础,分析近年来该校大学英语教学大纲两次修订所发生的变化与存在的不足,并提出"一带一路"背景下新型国际化外语人才的培养路径,为促进该类型院校课程建设的深入转型发展和培养现代职场的国际化人才提供借鉴。
The Belt and Road Initiative requires cultivating a group of international talents who have international visions,good knowledge of international rules,and who are able to participate in international affairs a nd international competition. To meeting such challenges,it is worth discussing how to engage with College English teaching in China. This study takes a local undergraduate university as a case to examine the status quo of two versions of its College English Syllabus, and identified the changes and deficiencies. This is based on a research report Workplace Skills, as well as the conceptual issues such as intercultural foreign language talents in the context of the Belt and Road Initiative. It also provides reference for such types of colleges a nd universities on how to promote further transformation and curriculum development, and on how to cultivating international talents to meets the new worekplace demands.
