复方丹参滴丸联合米力农治疗老年心力衰竭病人的临床疗效及对血清hs-CRP、IL-8与血浆NT-proBNP水平的影响

The Clinical Elderly of Compound Danshen Dripping Pills and Milrinone in the Treatment of Elderly Heart Failure and Its Influence on Serum hs-CRP,IL-8 and Plasma NT-proBNP Levels

目的分析复方丹参滴丸联合米力农治疗老年心力衰竭病人的临床疗效及对血清超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白介素-8(IL-8)与血浆中N末端脑钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)水平的影响。方法选择2015年1月—2016年12月我院收治的112例老年心力衰竭病人,随机分为对照组与观察组,每组56例。对照组给予米力农治疗,观察组给予复方丹参滴丸联合米力农治疗。记录病人治疗前后心功能指标,检测血清hs-CRP、IL-8与血浆NT-proBNP水平,统计临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率为92.86%,明显高于对照组的总有效率80.36%(P<0.05)。治疗后两组病人心功能指标均有所改善,但观察组心脏指数(CI)、舒张早期和晚期充盈速度比(E/A)及左室射血分数(LVEF)明显高于对照组,左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、左心室收缩末期内径(LVESD)明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组血清hs-CRP、IL-8与血浆中NT-proBNP水平均明显降低,但观察组hs-CRP、NT-proBNP及IL-8明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论复方丹参滴丸联合米力农治疗老年心力衰竭病人能有效改善心功能指标,降低血清hs-CRP、IL-8与血浆NT-proBNP水平,提高治疗有效率。

Objective To investigate the clinical curative effect of compound Danshen dripping pills（ CDDP） and milrinone in the treatment of elderly patients with heart failure（ HF）,and its effect on serum high sensitive C-reactive protein（ hs-CRP）,interleukin-8（ IL-8） and plasma N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide（ NT-proBNP） levels.Methods One hundred and twelve elderly patients with HF from January 2015 to December 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups： control group（ n = 56） treated with milrinone,and observation group（ n =56） treated with CDDP and milrinone.The cardiac function was observed before and after treatment.The levels of serum hs-CRP,IL-8 and plasma NT-proBNP were measured,and the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were analyzed.Results The total effective rate was 92.86% in observation group,which was obviously higher than that in control group（ 80.36%,P〈0.05）.After treatment,the cardiac function index of both groups improved,but the cardiac index（ CI）,E/A and left ventricular ejection fraction（ LVEF） were significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group.The left ventricular end-diastolic diameter（ LVEDD） and left ventricular end-systolic diameter（ LVESD） were significantly lower in the observation group than the control group（ P〈0.05）.After treatment,serum hs-CRP,IL-8 and plasma NT-proBNP levels decreased significantly in the two groups,which were significantly lower in the observation group than those in the control group（ P〈0.05）.Conclusion CDDP and milrinone can effectively improve the heart function index,reduce the levels of serum hsCRP,IL-8 and plasma NT-proBNP,and improve the efficiency in elderly patients with HF.
