The effective introduction of mobile learning to college oral English class can be better realized with the following points being fulfilled： firstly,in response to the changes in student groups,the timely introduction of mobile learning into the classroom is necessary; secondly,the experience and perception of students＇ mobile learning should be the starting point of classroom design; thirdly,focus on the motivation of learner＇s mobile learning leads to better selection and design of appropriate mobile learning applications; last but not least,the cultivation of college students＇ autonomy should be a key factor.
