基于层次分析法的中国邮政物流经济效益研究

Research of economic benefits on the reform of China's postal logistics system based on analytic hierarchy process

结合层次分析模型,分析中国邮政物流经济效益,可找出影响中国邮政物流经济效益的关键控制点。在此基础上,提出改进措施:调整运输线路,提高时限;建设物流一体化管理模式,降低成本;建设信息库存网,便于查询。

Combined with AHP model,the paper analyzes the economic benefits of China Post logistics,and obtains the key control points which affect postal logistics economic benefits. On this basis,the improvement measures are put forward： starting from the adjustment of transportation line,optimizing the transportation to improve the time limit; from the angle of logistics integration construction,optimizing the management to reduce the cost; from the angle of infirmation network construction,optimizing the inventory to facilitate the query.
