Study on Phosphorus Removal Using Chemicals in a Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant

摘要 采用常用的液态硫酸铝、聚合氯化铝、聚合硫酸铁作为化学除磷药剂,进行化学除磷药剂的最佳投加量试验和条件试验。通过试验,确定了每种药剂的最佳投加量,优选出最佳药剂为聚合氯化铝。对聚合氯化铝进行关于搅拌时间、p H的条件试验,以确定其最佳混凝条件:最佳搅拌时间约为15 min,最佳p H值为7~8。污水处理厂可以结合投加点在线总磷浓度变化,通过自动控制措施微调投加量,确保出水达到排放标准。 The optimal dosage and condition test of chemical addition for phosphorus removal were carried out and liquid aluminum sulfate,poly aluminum chloride and poly ferric sulfate were chose as chemical phosphorus removal agents. According to the experiment,the optimum dosage of each chemical was determined and the best chemical was poly aluminum chloride. Then, mixing time and pH value experiments were carried out to determine the best coagulation condition:the best mixing time was about 15 minutes,and the optimum pH value range was between 7 and 8. The effluent quality in the wastewater treatment plant could reach effluent discharge standards, through automatic control of fine-tuning dosage based on variation of total phosphorus concentration at dosing points.
