摘要
采用"陶瓷膜过滤+膜生物反应器(MBR)+臭氧催化氧化"组合工艺对某成品油库含油废水进行处理,主要去除COD和石油类。含油废水经该工艺处理后,最终产水CODCr平均为54.4 mg/L、石油类平均为1.69 mg/L,成套工艺对CODCr和石油类的去除率分别为94.1%和94.5%。试验结果表明,"陶瓷膜过滤+MBR+臭氧催化氧化"组合工艺可满足成品油库含油废水处理要求。
Combined process of ceramic membrane filtration/membrane bioreactor (MBR)/catalytic ozone oxidation was used for the treatment of oily wastewater for the product oil storage tanks, mainly for the removal of CODCr and oil. The concentration of CODe, and oil of the product were 54.4 mg/L and 1.69 mg/L, with average removal rate of 94.1% and 94.5 % respectively. The result showed that combined processes of "ceramic membrane filtration + membrane bioreactor (MBR) + catalytic ozone oxidation" could meet the requirement of oily wastewater for the product oil storage tanks.
