Current Situation and Prospect of Law System Construction of Medical Service Support for Non-war Military Operations

新时期军民融合战略框架下,我军执行非战争军事行动卫勤保障的频次显著增加,行动种类趋向多样化、常态化发展,对现有的法律制度体系提出更高的要求。文章以新时期下非战争军事行动卫勤保障法律建设需求为出发点,分析我国现有相关法律制度体系建设现状,为进一步规范遂行我军非战争军事行动卫勤保障任务有法可依提供依据,以期为构建军民融合非战争军事行动卫勤保障法律体系提供思路。

Under the strategic framework of military and civilian integration in the new era,the frequency of military medical service support for non-war military operations increased significantly. The types of operations tend to be diversified and normalized,laying higher requirements on the existing law system. Based on the law system construction of medical service support for non-war military operations in the new era,this article analyzes the status quo of the construction of the existing relevant law system in our country,in order to provide the basis for further standardizing the legal basis for the military service of non-war military operations in our country and to provide ideas for building a legal system for the military service with military and civilian integration in non-war military operations.
