医学专业留学生教学满意度影响因素分析

Analysis on the Influencing Factors of International Medical Students' Satisfaction with Teaching

目的了解来华医学专业留学生的教学满意情况及可能的影响因素,为提高医学专业留学生的教学质量提供参考。方法采用自编问卷调查193名来华医学专业留学生,运用SPSS 18.0对数据进行统计分析。结果留学生对总体教学的满意度得分均值为3.468,介于一般和比较满意之间,经检验各维度之间满意度得分均具有统计学差异(F=61.232,P<0.001),在各维度中教学方法和沟通交流的满意度得分较低(均值分别为2.884、2.865),介于不太满意和一般之间。影响因素分析中,不同年级(F=7.771,P=0.001)、班组形式(t=-4.962,P<0.001)、生源地(t=-2.851,P=0.005)和中文水平(F=9.038,P=0.001)之间的总体教学满意度得分有统计学差异。结论来华医学留学生对教学总体的满意度较高,问题主要存在于教学方式和沟通交流方面,需要采取有效的措施改进教师的教学方法、促进与留学生的沟通与交流。

Objective To understand the status quo and influencing factors of international medical students＇ satisfaction degree with teaching,so as to provide references for improving the teaching quality for international students. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 193 international students majoring in medicine. SPSS 18. 0 was adopted to analyze the data collected from the survey. Results The mean score of overall satisfaction degree with teaching by international students is 3. 468,indicating better than average. Among the three dimensions,the scores are statistically different（ F = 61. 232,P〈0. 001）. The satisfaction degrees with teaching methods and communication are lower than average（ their mean scores are 2. 884 and 2. 865 respectively）. Through analysis,such factors as grade（ F = 7. 771,P = 0. 001）,class type（ t =-4. 962,P〈0. 001）,origin of students（ t =-2. 851,P = 0. 005） and Chinese language proficiency（ F = 9. 038,P = 0. 001） are considered to be the influencing factors that have a significant influence on students＇ satisfaction with teaching. Conclusion The overall satisfaction degree with teaching by international students is satisfactory,with problems existing in teaching methods and communication. Effective measures should be taken to improve teaching methods and promote communication with international students.
