基于引文出版年光谱的碳排放交易研究的历史根源分析

Detecting the Historical Origins of Carbon Emission Trading by Reference Publication Year Spectroscopy

[目的/意义]基于引文出版年光谱(RPYS)这一新兴的前沿科学计量学方法,探究碳排放交易研究的历史起源。[方法/过程]采用在线交互式软件RPYS i/o展开标准PRYS分析、Multi-RPYS分析及后续的共被引分析。[结果/结论]1920年庇古著作的《福利经济学》;1960年科斯发表的《社会成本问题》;1968年戴尔斯著作的《污染、财富和价格》;1972年蒙哥马利发表的《许可证市场和有效的污染控制计划》;1974年威茨曼发表的《价格与数量》是对碳排放交易发展起到重要作用的历史根源文献,且均为被长期引用的经典文献。此外,科斯、戴尔斯和蒙哥马利所属的这3篇历史文献相互间有很强的关联性,两两共同被引用的概率较高,而威茨曼所属的这篇历史文献与其他4篇历史文献的关联性最弱。

[Purpose/Significance] In this study,we detected the historical origins of carbon emission trading by reference publication year spectroscopy （RPYS）,which is an emerging research method recently introduced in the field of scientometrics. [Method/Process] Through the use of online interactive software RPYS i/o,we conducted the standard RPYS analysis,Multi-RPYS analysis and subsequent co-citation analysis. [Result/Conclusion] There are five historical roots documents that play an important role in the development of carbon emission trading,and all of them are long-cited classic documents：The Economic of Welfare （1920） by Pigou AC,The Problem of Social Cost （1960） by Coase RH,Pollution,Property and Prices （1968） by Dales JH,Market in License and Efficient Pollution Control Program （1972） by Montgomery WD,Price VS.Quantities （1974） by Weitzman ML.In addition,the three historical documents written by Coase RH,Dales JH,Montgomery WD are strongly related to each other,and the chances that two out of these documents are co-cited are relatively high.However,the document written by Weitzman is narrowly related to the other four.
