中西医结合治疗重症肺炎支原体肺炎的临床疗效观察

An observation on clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in treatment of severe Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia

目的探讨中西医结合治疗重症肺炎支原体肺炎的临床疗效。方法随机选取2017年1月—2017年12月在佛山市南海区第四人民医院治疗的重症肺炎支原体肺炎68例,分为治疗组(n=34例)和对照组(n=34例),治疗组予传统大环内酯类抗生素抗支原体联合中医治疗及对症治疗,对照组予大环内酯类抗生素抗支原体治疗及相应的对症治疗,对照两组治疗后临床表现缓解时间、住院时间及两组疗效。结果治疗组疗效优于对照组,两组总有效率比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组临床表现消失天数及住院治疗天数均短于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组均无严重不良反应发生。结论中西医结合治疗重症肺炎支原体肺炎的临床疗效显著,有安全、易于操作、疗效显著等实用价值,值得临床推广。

Objective The aim of this article is to explore the clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of severe Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia. Methods Sixtyeight patients with severe Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia treated at The Fourth People＇s Hospital of Foshan Municipal Nanhai District from January 2017 to December 2017 were randomly selected and were divided into a treatment group（n=34）and a control group（n =34）.Patients of the treatment group were treated with conventional macrolides for anti-Mycoplasma combined with traditional Chinese medicine and received symptomatic treatment.Patients of the control group were treated with macrolides antibiotics for anti-Mycoplasma and received corresponding symptomatic treatment.The alleviation time of clinical symptoms,hospital duration and effectiveness after treatment were compared between these two groups. Results The effectiveness of the treatment group was superior to the control group,there was statistically significant difference by comparison of the total efficacy rate between the two groups（P〈0.05）.The treatment group had shorter alleviation time of clinical symptoms and hospital duration than the control group,there were statistically significant differences by comparison between the two groups（P〈0.05）,and the hospital duration in the treatment group was significantly shorter than that in the control group,there was statistically significant difference by comparison between the two groups（P〈0.05）.No severe adverse reaction occurred in both groups. Conclusion The clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of severe Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia is significant so it is worthy of clinical promotion for its applied values of safety and easy operation.
