摘要
目的:观察核桃叶提取液对小鼠血糖浓度的影响。方法:取KM小鼠50只,按血糖浓度随机均分五组。正常对照组给予0.9%NaC l注射液,二甲双胍组给予盐酸二甲双胍缓释片20 mg/ml,核桃叶低、中、高浓度组(核桃叶提取液150 mg/ml、300 mg/ml、600 mg/ml)灌胃,每天灌胃1次,共15 d,尾静脉取血检测血糖浓度。结果:二甲双胍组血糖浓度明显低于正常对照组和核桃叶低、中、高浓度组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),核桃叶低、中、高浓度组和正常对照组的血糖浓度各组间两两比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:研究表明,核桃叶对小鼠血糖浓度无显著性影响。
Objective To observe the effect of different concentrations of walnut leaf extract on blood glucose in mice.Method Fifty KM mice were randomly divided of blood glucose into 5 groups.Normal control group(give 0.9% Na Cl Injection),Metformin group(give 20 mg/ml Metformin Hydrochloride Sustained-release Tablets),Walnut leaf extract low,medium and high concentration groups(respectively give 150,300,600 mg/ml Walnut leaf extract),The amount of gastric perfusion according to the weight of the 10 ml/kg calculation,once a day,a total of 15 days.After the 30 min of the last gastric perfusion,measuring the blood glucose concentration in the tail vein.Results Metformin group were significantly lower than those in normal control group and Walnut leaf extract low,medium,high concentration groups(P〈0.01).Walnut leaf extract low,medium,high concentration groups and Normal control group comparing of each other were no significant difference(P〉0.05).Conclusion-Walnut leaf extract has no obvious effect on blood glucose concentration in mice.
