痔上黏膜环型切除术和外剥内扎术治疗重度痔疮的研究

Study on Ring resection of hemorrhoidal mucosa and milligan-morgan hemorrhoidectomy in treatment of severe hemorrhoids

目的:研究痔上黏膜环型切除术和外剥内扎术治疗重度痔疮的临床治疗效果。方法:选取重度痔疮患者92例作为研究对象,根据治疗方法不同分为对照组与治疗组,每组均有患者46例。对照组患者应用外剥内扎术治疗,治疗组采用痔上黏膜环型切除术,对比观察两组患者的手术治疗效果。结果:治疗组患者在手术时长、住院时长、术中出血量三方面均低于对照组,组间比较差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组患者的术后3 d与7 d的切口肿胀评分与VAS评分均优于对照组,组间比较差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:相比于外剥内扎术,应用痔上黏膜环型切除术治疗重度痔疮的临床治疗效果更佳,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of hemorrhoidal mucosa ring resection and Milligan Morgan hemorrhoidectomy in treatment of severe hemorrhoids.Method 92 patients with severe hemorrhoids were selected as the research object,They were divided into control group and treatment group according to the different treatment methods,46 cases in each group,the control group were treated with Milligan Morgan therapy,treatment group were treated with hemorrhoid mucosal ring resection to observe two groups of patients with surgical treatment.Results The operation time,hospitalization time,intraoperative bleeding volume three of the treatment group patients in was lower than the control group,statistically significant differences between groups（P〈0.05）;Postoperative incision swelling and VAS 3 d score and 7 d score of the treatment group patients with were better than the control group,the difference between two groups had statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Compared with Milligan Morgan,clinical effect of application of hemorrhoidal mucosa ring resection in the treatment of severe hemorrhoids is better,it is worthy of clinical application.
