探讨阴道超声联合腹部超声诊断宫外孕的临床价值

Clinical value of transvaginal ultrasound combined with abdominal ultrasound in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy

目的:探讨阴道超声联合腹部超声诊断宫外孕的临床价值。方法:选择宫外孕患者32例进行临床治疗,所有患者均给予阴道超声和腹部超声检查,以手术结果作为最终诊断结果。观察腹部超声、阴道超声以及联合超声检查对患者宫外孕诊断的准确性。结果:32例宫外孕患者中孕囊>20 mm患者18例,孕囊≤20 mm患者14例,腹部超声联合检查检出率最高,但与阴道超声、腹部超声相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。从总检出率上看,最高为联合检查(96.88%),其次为阴道超声检查(87.50%),最低为腹部超声检查(71.88)%,三组检出率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:联合超声检查能明显提高宫外孕的检出率,具有重要的临床应用价值。

Objective To explore the clinical value of transvaginal sonography combined with abdominal ultrasound in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy.Method 32 cases of ectopic pregnancy were selected for clinical treatment.All patients were given vaginal ultrasound and abdominal ultrasonography.The accuracy of the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy by abdominal ultrasound,transvaginal ultrasound and combined ultrasound examination was observed with the results of the operation.Results 32 cases of18 patients with gestational sac20 mm in patients with ectopic pregnancy,14 cases of gestational sac or 20 mm patients,abdominal ultrasonography with the highest detection rate,but with transvaginal ultrasound and abdominal ultrasound had no statistical difference（P〉0.05）,the total detection rate from the point of view,the joint inspection of up to 96.88%,followed by transvaginal ultrasound check 87.50%,a minimum of 71.88% abdominal ultrasound examination,the detection rate of the three groups had statistical differences（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Combined ultrasound examination can obviously improve the detection rate of ectopic pregnancy,and it has important clinical value.
