摘要
为了实现PLC之间的无线通信,以及对现场的监控与调试,常规的远程通信模块经济性与方便性欠佳,利用路由器与S7-300的CPU315的网口,设计了两种通信方案。一种是两个S7-300利用两个路由器的短距离无线通信,另一种是一个S7-300利用路由器接入公网的远距离调试与监控。根据试验结果,这两种连接方法的通信效果良好,满足工业需要,并为以后通过英特网的无线通信提供了思路。
Economical efficiency and convenience of conventional remote communication modules is not good enough to realize wireless communication between PLCs and site monitoring and debugging. Two communication schemes were designed by using routers and S7-300 CPU315 Ethernet port. One of them was short-distance wireless communication between two S7-300 using two routers,while the other was remote debugging and monitoring accomplished by one S7-300 using a router for access to the public network. Test results have shown that the two connection methods could achieve good communication effect,meet industrial needs,and provide good ideas for future wireless communications over Internet.
