Research on PROFINET RT Communication Technology

PROFINET是PI国际组织推出的新一代工业网络通信解决方案,涵盖运动控制、分布式自动化和实时以太网等多个当前自动化领域的热点。PROFINET提供了三种不同实时等级的通信技术,标识主要研究PROFINET RT通信,先分析了PROFINET RT通信保障实时性的技术手段,然后介绍了RT通信的周期组成以及计算RT通信周期的相关参数,最后分析了RT通信帧的结构组成。

PROFINET is a new-generation industrial network communication solution introduced by PI International organization,covering a number of automation hotspots such as motion control,distributed automation and real-time Ethernet. PROFINET provides three communication technologies with different real-time levels. Focusing on PROFINET RT communication,an analysis was made on technical means for securing real-time performance of PROFINET RT communication,the cycle composition of RT communication and parameters related to the computation of RT communication cycle were introduced,and finally the structural composition of RT communication frame was analyzed.
