摘要 随着组串式逆变器电路板复杂程度和板卡型号的增加,采用传统人工测试存在测试效率低、测试过程繁琐等缺点,难以满足批量化生产要求。提出一种基于HELP测试仪的光伏逆变器电路板自动测试系统,测试系统由控制系统、HELP测试仪和测试平台组成,其中控制系统基于Python语言和C++动态链接库实现与HELP测试仪对接,HELP测试仪采用CAN协议与测试平台通信,完成数据传递。建立测试系统并已投入生产使用,实践证明系统具有开发周期短、人机界面友好、测试用例配置灵活、方便维护和自动完成测试并生成测试报告等优点,大大提高了组串逆变器电路板的测试效率。 With the increase of complexity and number of card types of string inverter circuit boards,traditional manual tests have such disadvantages as low test efficiency and tedious process and can hardly meet the requirement of mass production. An automatic test system for string inverter circuit boards based on the HELP tester was proposed. The test system was composed of a control system,HELP tester and test platform. The control system was connected to the HELP tester via Python language and C + + dynamic link library. The HELP tester used CAN protocol to communicate with the test platform for data transmission. The test system was established and put into production. Practice proved that this test system had such advantages as short development cycle,friendly man-machine interface,flexible test case configuration,easy maintenance,and automatic test and test report generation,and could greatly improve the test efficiency of string inverter circuit boards.
