开闭所智能化运维的研究与应用

Research and Application of Intelligent Operation/Maintenance of Switching Stations

随着社会经济的不断发展,人们对电力的需求日益增加,电力网建设也得到快速推进,作为输配电重要设备的开闭所得到广泛应用。然而因设备特点、现有技术及其他因素的制约,开闭所存在运行维护成本高、日常管理难度大、问题发现及处理不及时及故障修复效率低等问题。分析了当前开闭所存在的缺陷和存在的主要运维问题,以及当前有限的处理办法及解决方案,提出了开闭所智能化监控与运维策略,采用智能化远方终端监控及上层主站系统架构,实现了开闭所环网设备的全方位遥信、遥测及遥控功能,不但从根本上解决了开闭所日常运维问题,更实现了设备的智能化监控。结果表明,研究与应用对配电系统、设备综合监控及智能运维具有重要意义。

Along with continuous socio-economic development,there is an increasing demand on electricity. Power grid construction has been promoted rapidly. As important power transmission and distribution equipment,the switching station has found wide application.However,under the constraint of equipment characteristics,existing technology and other factors,the switch station has such problems as high operation/maintenance cost,difficult daily management,no untimely problem-finding and handling,and low efficiency in fault correcting. Defects and main operation/maintenance problems existing with the switching station as well as current limited solutions were analyzed,and an intelligent monitoring and operation/maintenance strategy was proposed for the switching station. An intelligent remote terminal monitoring and upper layer master station system architecture were adopted to realize all-dimensional tele-signalization,telemetry and remote control for looped network equipment of the switching station. That could not only solve daily operation/maintenance problem fundamentally,but also realize intelligent equipment monitoring. The results have shown that the research and application is of great importance to the distribution system,comprehensive equipment monitoring and intelligent operation/maintenance.
