摘要
目前针对远动机的运行状态缺乏主动监视和管控手段,一旦远动通信出现问题,只能依靠运维检修人员奔赴现场分析和处理,不仅耗费人力物力,而且耽误故障处理时间,极可能对电网安全运行及事故处理造成影响。同时,由于实时数据及时性的要求,当远动机故障时要求尽快恢复通信,造成故障现场很难保留,不利于故障原因分析。设计研发了一种变电站远动机在线监测及远程运维系统,实现对变电站远动机运行状态进行实时集中监视、装置异常告警、故障远程分析处理、装置的远程配置维护和KPI指标统计。将远动通信的缺陷消除于未然,缩短故障处理时间,保证电网安全运行,避免因自动化系统设备而引起的电网事故或影响电网事故处理,减少经济社会损失,具有非常重要的意义。同时,能够有效节省运维检修部门的人力物力成本,大大提高工作效率。
At present,there is no active means for monitoring and controlling remote terminal unit( RTU) operating status. In case of RTU communication problems,one can only rely on maintenance personnel rushing to the scene for analysis and treatment. That would not only consume manpower and material resources,but also delay fault processing time,most probably affecting grid operation safety and accident handling. In the meanwhile,timeliness of real-time data requires that communication should be resumed as soon as possible in case of RTU fault,thus making it difficult to retain the fault site,which in turn goes against fault cause analysis. An online monitoring and remote operation/maintenance system was designed and developed for substation RTU to rearlize centralized real-time monitoring,device abnormality alarm,remote fault analysis and handling,remote device configuration and maintenance,and KPI index statistics for substation RTU operating status. This system could contribute to prevent RTU communication defects,shorten fault handling time,enhance safe grid operation,avoid grid accidents caused by automatic system equipment and impact on their handling,and reduce eco-social losses. Therefore,it is of great significance. In the meantime,it can greatly save human and material cost of operation and maintenance departments and improve work efficiency.
