摘要
主要介绍了基于工业大数据的智能化能耗管理与故障预诊系统。通过采集工厂生产设备的能耗数据,对设备能耗信息进行深度建模与信息挖掘,同时结合智能化的能耗信息故障诊断系统分析流程,实现对设备早期故障和产品质量风险的预测性管理。
An intelligent energy consumption management and fault diagnosis system based on industrial big data was introduced. By collecting energy consumption data of factory production equipment, this system made deep modeling and mining of equipment energy consumption information and,in combination with the analysis process of the intelligent energy consumption information fault diagnosis system,realized predictive management over early equipment failure and product quality risk.
