基于Landsat8影像的鄱阳湖钉螺与环境遥感指标关系研究 被引量:2

摘要 鄱阳湖洲滩是典型的湖沼型钉螺孳生地,钉螺分布具有典型的区域性,并与孳生地环境要素密切相关,为探究鄱阳湖洲滩钉螺与环境因子的关系,基于2015年10月螺情数据,结合同期(2015年10月11日)Landsat8遥感影像反演的归一化植被指数(NDVI)、地表湿度(TCW)、地表温度(LST)与鄱阳湖湖底地形(DEM),应用相关性分析和曲线回归分析法研究鄱阳湖湖区螺情与4个遥感环境指标的关系。结果表明:活螺平均密度与NDVI呈正相关,相关系数为0.665(P=0.001,P<0.01)与DEM呈负相关,相关系数为-0.62(P=0.004,P<0.01);有螺框出现率与NDVI相关系数为0.742(P=0,P<0.01)与DEM相关系数为-0.632(P=0.003,P<0.01);螺情指标与LST和TCW呈弱相关,且无统计学意义;NDVI指数与螺情指标拟合的二次多项式曲线模型具有统计学意义(R2=0.622,P=0,(P<0.001)),能够对湖区洲滩钉螺分布进行预测。 The grassland in Poyang Lake is a typical lake marsh snail breeding ground. The distribution of oncomelania snails is typical regional and closely related to the environmental factors of the breeding area. This article is based on the snail data in October 2015,combined with the normalized vegetation index( NDVI),surface moisture( TCW),surface temperature( LST) of the Landsat8 remote sensing image over the same period( October 11,2015),and Poyang Lake bottom inversion terrain Data( DEM),The correlation analysis and curve regression analysis method were applied to study the relationship between snail situation and 4 remote sensing environmental indicators in Lake Poyang. The results show:The average density of live snails was positively correlated with NDVI,and the correlation coefficient was 0. 665( P = 0. 001,P〈0. 01). The average density of live snails was negatively correlated with DEM,and the correlation coefficient was-0. 62( P = 0. 004,P〈0. 01).There was a correlation coefficient between the rate of occurrence of the snail frame and the NDVI of0. 742( P = 0,P〈0. 01). There was a correlation coefficient of the screw frame with the DEM coefficient of-0. 632( P = 0. 003,P〈0. 01);Spiral index are slightly correlated with LST and TCW,and of no statistical significance. The quadratic polynomial curve model fitted with the NDVI index and spiral index is statistically significant( R^2= 0. 622,P = 0,( P〈0. 001)),Can predict the distribution of snails on the beach in Lake District.
