摘要
基于江西省水资源现状,构建了科学有效的江西省水资源承载力评价指标体系,采用RBF神经网络对江西省2006-2015年水资源承载力以及2015年江西省各市水资源承载力进行了评价,结果较好地刻画了评价指标与承载力变化的动态过程,较为客观地评价江西省水资源承载力状况。结果表明:江西省2006-2015年间,水资源承载力逐步提高,目前处于较好水平,仍有较大潜力,江西省各市间水资源承载力存在差异,其中吉安市最差,景德镇市最好。
According to the water resource utilization current situation of Jiangxi province and,an evaluation index system of water resources carrying capacity in Jiangxi province is constructed. By using RBF neural network,water resources carrying capacity in Jiangxi province from 2006 to 2015 and water resources carrying capacity of each city in Jiangxi province in 2015 are evaluated,The results showed a good dynamic process of the change of the evaluation index and bearing capacity,and an objective assessment of the carrying capacity of water resources in Jiangxi province. The results show that the water resources carrying capacity in Jiangxi province has gradually increased from 2006 to 2015 and is currently at a relatively good level,and there is still great potential. The difference of water resources carrying capacity between cities in Jiangxi province is also showed,Ji' an city is the worst and Jingdezhen city is the best.
