聚表剂-纳米催化剂体系驱超稠油室内效果评价 被引量:2

Super-heavy oil displacement effect assessment of polymer surfactant-nanometer catalyst system at lab

摘要 聚表剂是近年来应用较多的新型驱油剂,具有高分子聚合物和表面活性剂双重优点。针对胜利油田特超稠油蒸汽驱研制了WC聚表剂,对WC聚表剂的增黏性能、界面张力、耐温性能、乳化降黏性能及其室内驱油效果进行了评价,并探究了聚表剂和纳米催化剂混合剂体系的驱油效果。结果表明:在一定条件下,WC聚表剂具有较好的增黏性能、乳化降黏性能和耐高温性能;与纯蒸汽驱相比,注混合剂体系后最终采收率提高15. 61%,单独注聚表剂后最终采收率提高10%,单独注入纳米催化剂效果不佳。建议先注聚表剂扩大波及体积,中间注一段蒸汽隔离段塞,再注纳米催化剂改善原油物性,最后蒸汽吞吐提高单井吞吐效果。 Polymer suffactant is a new type of oil displacement agent with the dual advantages of polymer and suffactant which is applied in recent years. Aiming at the steam flooding of super-heavy oil in Shengli Oilfield, WC polymer suffactant is studied and developed, the performances of tackify, interfacial tension, temperature resistance and emulsifying visbreaking are evaluated, and the oil displacement effect at lab is assessed. The oil displacement effect of polymer suffactant-nanometer catalyst mixed system is also studied. The results show that under certain conditions, WC polymer suffactant has good performances of tackify, temperature resistance and emulsifying visbreaking. Comparing with steam flooding, the final recovery after injection of the mixed system increases by 15.61% , the ultimate recovery after injection of the polymer suffactant increases by 10% , and the single injection of the nano catalyst is ineffective. It is advisable to inject the polymer suffactant to expand the spread volume, inject a steam-insulated slug in the middle, and then inject the nano catalyst to improve the physical properties of the crude oil. Finally, the steam stimulation improves the single-well throughput.
