摘要 分析了铅阳极泥苏打渣的盐酸浸出热力学,研究了从苏打渣中浸出Te、Bi、Cu。实验室条件试验和工业应用结果表明:采用二段浸出工艺可实现从苏打渣中共浸出与富集Te、Bi、Cu;在盐酸浓度5.0mol/L、温度40℃、反应时间2h、搅拌速度300r/min、一段浸出液固体积质量比4/1、二段浸出液固体积质量比7/1条件下,Te、Bi、Cu浸出率分别达97.60%、99.64%、99.38%。采用此工艺,金属浸出率高,经济和环境效益显著,避免了高酸度对设备的腐蚀以及高液固体积质量比造成的浸出液金属浓度低等问题。 Leaching thermodynamics of lead anode slime soda slag in HCl media were analyzed,leaching of Te,Bi,Cu from soda slag were investigated.The experimental test and industrial application results show that the two-stage leaching process can be used to extract and enrich the Te,Bi and Cu from the soda residue.Under the conditions that hydrochloric acid concentration is 5.0 mol/L,reaction temperature is 40 ℃,reaction time is 2 h,stirring speed is 300 r/min,leaching liquid-to-solid ratio is4/1 in the first stage,leaching liquid-to-solid ratio is 7/1 in the second stage,leaching rate of Te,Bi,Cu are 97.60%,99.64% and 97.60%,respectively.By this process,the metals can be leached efficiently,and the economic and environmental benefits are significant.The problems of equipment corrosion caused by high acidity and low metal concentration in leaching solution caused by high liquid-to-solid ratio can be avoided.
