摘要 研究了采用离子交换树脂从废催化剂酸浸液中提取钒,考察了离子交换树脂类型、酸浸液pH、温度、料液流速、吸附时间、解吸剂类型等对钒提取的影响,提出了两柱串联吸附与解吸剂多次连续加入及分段解吸工艺。试验结果表明:用转换为氯型的Dex-V树脂,在酸浸液pH=2.5、温度30℃、溶液流速2.0mL/min条件下可选择性吸附钒;含钒树脂用2%NaOH+8%NaCl溶液解吸、解吸液中的钒经过沉淀与煅烧可制备质量优于YB/T 5304—2011冶金99级标准的V_2O_5产品。 Extraction of vanadium from acidic leaching of waste catalyst using ion-exchange resin was researched.The influence of ion exchange resin type,the leaching solution pH,temperature,time,flow rate and desorption agent type on extraction of vanadium were investigated.The process of two column in series and the adsorption agent reuse continuously and subsection desorption were put forward.The experimental results show that the vanadium can be adsorbed selectively by the Dex-V resin turned into chloride type under the conditions of pH=2.5,the temperature of 30℃,the solution flow rate of2.0 mL/min.By the process,the vanadium in the resin is desorbed using 2%NaOH+8%NaCl solution.Vanadium in the desorption solution is precipitated and roasted,a higher quality of V2O5 product according with the standard of YB/T 5304—2011 and MB99 can be gained.
