氧化钨的马来酸辅助微波水热法合成及其光催化性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 研究了以马来酸为添加剂,在微波水热条件下合成纳米氧化钨粉末,考察了马来酸用量、前驱体溶液pH、温度、反应时间对合成的氧化钨的晶型、形貌和光催化性能的影响。试验结果表明:在温度150℃、前驱体溶液pH=1、马来酸质量浓度5g/L、反应时间15min条件下,合成的氧化钨为球型簇状结构,结晶度高,分散性好,对亚甲基蓝的降解率达95.93%。 Using maleic acid as an additive,nano-tungsten oxide powder were synthesized under microwave hydrothermal conditions.The effect of amount of maleic acid,precursor solution pH,reaction temperature,reaction time on crystallographic,morphology and photocatalytic properties of the synthesized tungsten oxide were examined.Under the conditions of reaction temperature of150 ℃,precursor solution pH of 1.0,amount of maleic acid of 5 g/L,reaction time of 15 min,the tungsten oxide is synthesized with spherical cluster structure in morphology,high crystallinity,good dispersion.The tungsten oxide has degradation of 95.93%for methylene blue.
