摘要
针对铜冶炼过程中高砷返料带来的系列问题,研究了熔炼烟灰硫化碱浸开路脱砷。结果表明:含砷烟灰经水浸脱铜—碱浸脱砷,烟灰中砷质量分数降至0.85%,铜质量分数升至15.95%;烟灰碱浸液经苛化,铜、砷质量浓度分别降至0.18g/L和1.63g/L,碱质量浓度由73.6g/L升至98.8g/L,苛化后液可返回碱浸。该工艺可将烟灰中的砷有效开路,同时综合回收其中的铜、铅、锌等有价元素。
Aim at some problems in copper smelting process,removal of arsenic by alkaline leaching of smelting soot was investigated.The results show that after leaching using water and alkali solution respectively,the arsenic content in fly soot decreases to 0.85%,the content of copper enriches to15.95%.After causticizing of alkali leaching solution,concentrate of copper and arsenic are reduced to0.18 g/L and 1.63 g/L,the alkali concentration increases from 73.6 g/L to 98.8 g/L.The causticizing solution can return to leaching.The process can effectively open the arsenic in the soot and reduce the harm of arsenic on the smelting system,and can recover the copper,lead,zinc and so on.
