基于循环经济的绿色物流体系建设研究

Research on the System of Green Logistics Construction Based on Circular Economy

为响应循环经济理念号召,实现可持续发展,发展绿色物流产业具有重要意义。在我国物流业发展中,严重的环境污染和资源浪费问题,背离了循环经济的理念。由于欠发达的物流技术、不完善的交通基础设施、较低的信息化处理水平等物流构件难以支持绿色物流的发展。为使得绿色物流广泛实施,促进循环经济的发展,加强政府和行业的宏观引导,应该创造有利于绿色物流发展的社会环境,推动企业转型升级。

To respond to the concept of circular economy and achieve sustainable development,it is important to develop green logistics industry. In the development of Chinese logistics industry,serious environmental pollution and waste of resources,which is seriously deviated from the concept of circular economy. It is difficult to support the development of green logistics because of underdeveloped logistics technology,incomplete transportation infrastructureand low level of information procession. To widely implement green logistics,promote the development of circular economy,and strengthen the macro-guidance of governments and industry,we should create social environment conducive to the development of green logistics and promote the transformation and upgrade of enterprise.
