Study on Optimization of Railway Logistics Management in China——Taking Harbin West Station as an Example

当今处于全球经济一体化时代,为适应时代发展,努力构建一个布局合理、功能完善、创新的物流实体操作模式。加快哈尔滨西站向现代物流中心转型是实施铁路客运改革发展的重要战略选择,也是哈尔滨铁路局综合运输体系建设的客观需要。文中阐述了哈尔滨西站货运总体状况,剖析了物流运营管理中出现的问题,针对出现的问题进行优化方案设计。

Today is in the era of global economic integration. In order to accommodate to the development of the times,it is necessary to build a logistics entity operation mode with reasonable layout,perfect function and innovation. Speeding up the transformation of Harbin west station into the modern logistics center is an important strategic choice for the implementation of the railway passenger transport reform and development,as well as the objective need of the construction of the comprehensive transport system of the Harbin Railway Administration. This paper describes the general situation of freight transport in Harbin west station,analyzes the problems in logistics management operation,and designs the optimization plan for the problems.
