摘要
近年来,物流行业随着O2O商业模式的发展日益崛起,这意味着市场将对物流企业提出更高的要求。然而,现阶段低水平的物流企业文化阻碍了企业完全融入O2O模式,文中旨在从企业物质层面、行为层面、制度层面、精神层面分析在O2O模式下物流企业文化建设存在的问题,从而提出提升企业软实力的对策。
In recent years,logistics industry has rapidly developed as the appearance of O2O model,which means the market requiring higher standards for logistics organizations. However,the low level of logistics enterprise culture hinders organizations integrating into O2O model. This essay explored the problems of logistics companies in building their culture from substance,behavior,system,spirit parts,and then providing ideas to address them.
