摘要
培评中心的物资采购以满足各部门实际需求为主,但现有的物资种类和规格众多,无法形成采购规模,导致采购成本居高不下,文中运用帕累托法则制定物资标准化采购方案,从而实现提高采购效率、降低采购成本、优化采购流程的效果。
