基于OWA算子和信息熵融合的城市公共交通系统效率评价研究

Urban Public Transport System Efficiency Evaluation Research Based on the OWA Operator and Information Entropy Fusion

为提高城市公共交通系统效率评价的科学性,利用OWA算子在主观权重确定以及信息熵理论在客观指标权重确定方面的各自优势,提出了基于OWA算子和信息熵融合的城市公共交通系统效率评价方法。通过构建城市公共交通系统效率评价指标体系,将OWA算子和信息熵有效结合,并结合实例进行了应用,结果表明该方法能够实现对城市公共交通系统效率的科学评价。

To improve the scientific efficiency of urban public traffic system evaluation,the subjective weight,OWA operator is used to determine the objective index weight and the information entropy theory in certain aspects of their respective advantages,based on OWA operator and the information entropy fusion efficiency evaluation method of urban public transport system is put forward. By building an efficiency evaluation index system of urban public traffic system,OWA operator and combining the information entropy,and combining with the practical application,the results show that the method can achieve scientific evaluation of the efficiency of urban public transport system.
