Analysis of Post Competency in Logistics Industry Based on the Demand of Applied Undergraduate Talents

在地方本科高校向应用型转型发展的背景下,各学科专业如何培养适应经济转型发展的应用型人才成为教育界普遍关注的问题。文中以应用型物流人才需求为出发点,分析了物流业人才需求现状、物流业岗位和所需能力,以期为应用型本科培养高技能应用型人才提供参考。

Under the background of the transformation and development of local universities to the application type,how to cultivate applied talents adapted to the economic transformation and development in various disciplines has become a common concern in the educational field. Based on the demand of applied logistics talents,this paper analyzes the current situation of talent demand in logistics industry,the post and required ability of logistics industry,in order to provide a reference for the application oriented undergraduate to train the high skilled applied talents.
