摘要
对甲醇法配套氯甲烷热氯化法生产甲烷氯化物装置的节能技术进行全方位解析,采用新技术新工艺,尤其是两步反应所释放的热能综合利用和氯甲烷的直供取得了显著的节能效果。
This article completely analyzes the energy-saving technology of methanol-method Methane Chlorides Facility with chloromethane thermochlorination method. New technology and new process are used for largely reducing the unit consumption of steam,especially all the heat comprehensive utilization released from two-step reaction and the direct supply of chloromethane have obtained remarkable energy-saving effect.
